Welcome to PowerOne Mortgage Corporation

In each investment seminar that Mr. Daniel Rutois presents there is one question that never fails:

How should I invest my savings and profits from my company?

Savings Accounts:         1% - 2%    Certificates (CD’s):  3% - 4%

Bonds & Mutual Funds:   5% - 6%    Stocks:                    0% - 8%

Mortgages:       10% al 13%

Investments in mortgages can be very safe, as long as the property has enough equity in the event there is a need to foreclosure on it.

Most companies that offer these services in investments, provide up to 65% LTV of the property value. We only look for clients who need a maximum loan up to 50% LTV of the current property value.

Example:

A client has a property appraised by an independent firm of their choice, worth
US $300,000.00, as an investor you only provide a maximum loan up to $ 150,000.00.

As you can see, in these times when there is no credit available in the U.S. becoming an investor in mortgages is a very interesting alternative, allowing you to receive much higher return in your money.

The investor receives a mortgage under his/her name, registered at the county courthouse where the property is located.

The investor can and should choose their own attorney to review all documentation before handing over money to the applicant
